E-SAF spans three components that work together to coordinate a public-safety response. The consumer app gives the public a trusted way to signal. Consumer app
Seren is the public-facing app that lets someone signal for help discreetly. Two alert tiers — concern and immediate threat — route to the appropriate response. Audio capture, location sharing, and chat with the operator are all available from inside the app.

The Control Room interface is the operator's working surface. When an alert arrives, operators see the alert details, the user's location on a live map, the nearest cameras, and a chat channel with the user.
